User Agreement

This Agreement outlines the terms of use for Users regarding the materials and services of the website https://logovogroup.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"). Users are individuals (including representatives of legal entities) with the ability to visually familiarize themselves with the information available on the website https://logovogroup.com/. The Site Administration is the copyright holder of the website https://logovogroup.com/.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The use of the Site's materials and services is governed by the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
• This Agreement constitutes a public offer. By accessing the Site's materials, the User is considered to have accepted this Agreement.
• The Site Administration reserves the right to unilaterally modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Such changes come into effect three (3) days after the publication of the updated Agreement on the Site. If the User disagrees with the amended terms, they must discontinue access to the Site and stop using the Site's materials and services.
• The Site Administration may establish information notifications for Users related to orders, office schedules, promotions, and other relevant information. Notifications are sent via SMS or email. The necessary contact information is provided by the User when entering personal data.

2. USER OBLIGATIONS

• The User agrees not to take actions that may be regarded as violating Russian law or international law, including intellectual property rights, copyright, and/or related rights, as well as any actions that could disrupt the normal operation of the Site and its services.
• The use of the Site’s materials without the consent of the copyright holders is not permitted (Article 1270 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). To use the Site’s materials legally, it is necessary to enter into licensing agreements (obtain licenses) from the copyright holders.
• When citing materials from the Site, including copyrighted works, a reference to the Site is required (subparagraph 1, paragraph 1, Article 1274 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
• User comments and other entries on the Site must comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation and generally accepted standards of morality and decency.
• The User is warned that the Site Administration is not responsible for the User’s visit to and use of external resources, the links to which may be contained on the Site.
• The User agrees that the Site Administration bears no responsibility and has no direct or indirect obligations to the User in connection with any potential or incurred losses or damages related to any content on the Site, the registration of copyright, information on such registration, goods, or services available on or obtained through external websites or resources, or any contacts made by the User through information or links provided on the Site to external resources.
• The User agrees that all materials and services on the Site, or any part thereof, may be accompanied by advertising. The User agrees that the Site Administration bears no responsibility or obligation regarding such advertising.

3. OTHER CONDITIONS

• Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
• Nothing in the Agreement shall be construed as establishing an agency relationship, partnership, joint activity, employment, or any other relationship between the User and the Site Administration not explicitly provided for in the Agreement.
• If any provision of the Agreement is found by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of the Agreement.
• Inaction on the part of the Site Administration in the event of a breach of the Agreement by any User does not deprive the Site Administration of the right to take appropriate actions in defense of its interests and the protection of copyright for materials protected by law on the Site.
